I want to cap, but I cant make 3pm est for draft as im working my 1 in 3 sundays that day and im not having my team picked for me because that was a disaster last time. If its possible for it to be 5pm est time for the draft, and other caps agree, I can captain.

Would've given you priority given your previous successful captaincies, but the scheduling thing seems pretty onerous, so rather not go that route unless really needed.
