if you're really struggling and want to understand it - focus on the difference between time zones. the usual difference of 5 hours is now 4 hours. - and it's scheduled in ET so translate from their time to ours. (2+5=7, 2+4=6)

US/CAN - clocks go forward 1 hour on Sunday 12th March
UK/EU - clocks go forward 1 hour on Sunday 26th March

This means that games on Sunday 12th March and Sunday 19th March will be 1 hour earlier than usual for UK/EU players - so don't be late!
