hey billing server is down can someone refresh the zone smods?

hey i think the billing server is down and tw needs a quick hard reset if anyone can.

The biller is down. Unfortunately resetting the zone won't fix anything until the biller is back online. As soon as we are able to connect back to the biller we can reset the cores/bots.
