TWDT-B semifinal predictions
Also in base, Pure Luck and Ethereal were clearly better than their quarterfinal opponents making it to semis, where Prime and Power, 2 highest rated base teams, are waiting.
Racka chose Ethereal to face, so Pure Luck and Power will face in very intriguing matchup.
Prime vs Ethereal
Prime has been really strong in base and are currently having 7-game undefeated streak. Their strength lies in very strong spider lineup with cripple/renzi dominating and password reset, racka and spawnisen completing the lineup. Spooked One has been good in terrier, with joeses and riverside completing the lineup. It is close to perfect lineup, they are undefeated if their top players show and team to beat this season. Only thing i can come up with, is if riverside has to walk his dog during the match-time, that may bring issues, as there are really no subs for sharks, but otherwise, very solid low star spids, probably best killing duo with renzi/cripple and terrier that can stay alive.
Ethereal has mainly used ekko in terrier with omega red/willby in shark. Over the course of time, they have had quite a few spiders in lineup, but most probably, we will see similar lineup as in quarters with jurassic, vys, jz, banks and dare taking their places. So based on how previous season, Prime seems clear favorite. Last main season week saw Prime taking the win, but at the same time Ethereal had stinging metal in lineup going 48-62. So Ethereal quarterfinals lineup feels stronger.
With similar skilled and rated terriers and sharks, it will come down to how spiders will fare, i have a feeling despite jurassic, banks and vys having had good seasons, Prime will have a small edge here with 2 10*s.

Power vs Pure Luck
Power had a really strong start of base season and was leading the pack up until midway through the season, but in the end narrowly made it to be top 2 team. Pure Luck on the other hand has been team on fire for later part of season and are similar to jav, having 6 game undefeated streak going on. Built up with different logic, both will definitely fancy their chances in this exiting matchup.
Power has the luxury of using the best terrier this season with zizu, accompanied by zidane and genx as shark duo. With spiders, there has been 9! different players used, revealing the issue of Powers up and down season. There have been very few weeks if no key spider has not been missing, so loads of experimenting going on. Brethal, skatarius and jack are the preffered choices, with dad and lee completing the lineup, but many other players have been also used over the course of season. In fact, this theoretical starting lineup has been used only once during entire season. Lets see if the players all show up for semis. Raazi, iron survivor and snip3 have also had their chances. Like in any other league, zidane has also options to test with beam and draft both also in roster.

As mentioned before, Pure Luck has been in great shape recently and also dominated in quarterfinals.
Score in main season is 1-1, but in neither games, teams really lined up their best lineup, so it is very much still up to who shows up and how well everyone is prepared mentally. Power can rely on very strong terrier, while PL has such a terrific over spider lineup with very solid sharks.
