I'm not one for blaming things on teachers because so many wankers at my school seem to do it, but my maths teacher really sucks at explaining things.

Right now he's ill with some problem where he spontaneously goes dizzy, we have had this supply teacher for the past two weeks and I have to say, he has tought me more in the last 2 weeks than I have been tought from my usual maths teacher in the last year.

Sort of like my AP Computere Science teacher....he makes you read lectures...take 2 days (2 hours) to read them...and theyre like college professor level....so noone knows wth he is saying...

School does suck, it sucks more when you're getting good grades because you're putting more effort into school. My math teacher doesn't mark on attendance or give any homework, there's a test every 2-3 weeks and it doesn't really matter if you're there all the time or half the time and effort isn't taken into acocunt. This system allows students to do what ever the fuck they want and read the notes for an hour before the test the next day. Half the stuff we are learning seems to be pointless in my mind, exspecially at the level of math I'm taking. Everyone needs decent math skills but when is an exponent ever going to show up on your gas bill? If you like math and numbers and you think you're going to become an accountant then great, but there's no reason why the rest of us have to learn this hogwash.
