max is 1600, although you can sometimes miss 2-3 questions and still get 1600. min is 400. Avg is 1000. It's split into 2 parts Verbal and Math, with the max for each part being 800 and the min being 200.

1330 is pretty good, I would hardly brag about it, but whatever. It won't get you into the best schools, but good enough for most places. Your average subspace video game nerd is probably going to hit around 1200-1300 probably, since we're as a group better educated than the average american, although you'd never guess it from reading the forum. I got a 1560 and yet I'm pretty sure I'm the dumbest of all my friends at Cornell. Knowing moderately obscure words and being able to do highschool algebra and geometry can only get you so far.
