  • The Last Samurai Movie

I was just curious anyone else see this movie? I didn't see it while in the theatres, but I recently rented and liked it alot.

Did it touch you in some way? Learn anything from it?

    Just wondering...hmmm

ps: I have a Japanese friend and he said only 10% of it is true... sort of exaggerated in some parts, but even though this may be true.. that movie sure touched my heart.

I think there could have been more subspace, but the movie was acutaly v.good.

Not the type i would go out and buy, but still worth seeing at least once if you liked braveheart.

They shouldn't have called braveheart "braveheart". It should have been somthing more along the lines of "Gayass fag in a skirt gets owned by the english"..

cuz 1, hes not brave... hes scotish, the 2 just dont go..
2, hes a gayass fag in a skirt
3.... the english own him and his bitch...

still is a good movie i like watching scotish ppl die

A good movie, and a great way to mix action and drama. Loved it.

I just saw it the other day too, I liked it even though I hate tom cruise.

It's roughly true, but they show it in a way that makes you think that the samurai were the good guys... they weren't, they were like rogue armies and the government tried to get it under control, but the samurai woudln't give up their ways without a fight.

Great movie. Not as good as Glory though (it's by the same director). Watch Glory, damn that's a good movie.
