err posted on the wrong thread and my internet got fucked up when I was supposed to edit this.
o well on this topic, I'd like to point out that russian is a closer relative to english and other middle-european languages than finnish is. So gramatically it doesn't work in the same way at all.
For example instead of using small words to tell stuff you add an ending to a word
Like
epäjärjelselmällisyydelläänsäkköhänsä
which is a sad but well known example as the longest single word in finnish. Actually the word itself is not that long, järjestelmällinen (meaning something like organized), but whenyou add that prefix and the endings it turns out as... umm this one is gonna be hard...
may he have done something with his unorganizedness, did he not? Ok that went straight up the bum cus that sentence is just too hard for me to translate. Feel free to help out
and dotsy, knäckebröd is swedish, in finnish you say näkkileipä.Last edited by Jeansi; 06-03-2004, 01:07 PM.5: Da1andonly> !ban epinephrine
