    Amp

    I've decided to ask you guys, I just bought a Amp and a Woofer. I hooked up the woofer but not the amp yet... Can you please give me links that would assist me in hooking up my amp or reply with how. The instructions are crap and im running out of patients. It's 300Watts .. I need to know what wires I need etc.. or if i should just purchase a Kit.

    Dude it can't be that hard, usually says in the back where you should put the plugs for what speaker.

    If you can't find out for your selv, at least say what brand and model number the stuff are?

      Jean sounds like u know absolutly nothing about cars I made this for someone could give me some assistance not for some geek like you 2 respond. An amp is not easy too hook up without the right wires and it can be a fire hazard if you don't do it right, you fool.
      I asked for links to good websites
      I also asked if i should just purchase a kit..
      If you have nothing useful to type.. Don't type anything.
      btw the model/brand would not have that much to do with it.

            you hook up the car amp the same way you do a home theater setup, bar the fact that you have to ground it to some grounding point, and that you have to run some cable from the battery to the amp.

            its not exactly rocket science.

            battery 12v lead where it says power/source on the amp, connect speakers (or in this case subwoofer) to appropriate ports (usually just marked + and -)

            fire up pump those choons.
