What are you views on prisoners of war? Should we exchange Islamic P.O.W. terrorist for U.S. soilders being held captive? Bush doesnt think so, and I have to say I agree. When you think about it....If we were to release 5 terrorist in exchange for 5 American soliders, those 5 terrorist we set free, can turn around tomorrow and bomb a building killing 500 innocent people....I know it's not a pretty picture to have to think about...but it's REAL.

      2) Are you in the KKK or something? You seem to be picking on Islamic extremists for no reason. Do you not remeber who blew up the federal building? Was the guy a fucking POW? No you fucker.

On a side note: the "terrorists" held by the US (including POW's in Iraq) have yet to go through trial. So I love how you jumped to conclusions. Until they are given a fair trial (UNLIKELY) then you can make up your mind.

P.S. I am very tired, so some stuff i wrote may seem incoherent and full of shit. I assure you, its better than the average monkey.

The nature of warfare has changed since most of the Iraq POWs were captured, it isn't necessarily terrorism but it is urban warfare. The real terrorist are fighting a holy war against the Americans, one that has been propgated by modified and ratical views of their holy book. In Iraq, they're fighting mostly because the former leaders wish to be in power, they're not helping their people or preserving their way of life. The simply want power that the US Army took from them also outside influences seeking power and money and stuff in Iraq.

I don't think they should release any terrorist or Pows personally. I think eventually they will stop when they see it isn't working.

Let me remind you that George W Bush's administration made sure that it is not a WAR against terrorism, nor a WAR against Iraq. How can you get a POW if your country is not at war??

The whole Guantanamo-thing is just something the government made up as a loophole to the american juridical system to avoid letting the criminals free or charging them for a crime.

Exactly...so if you have 100 prisoners being held captive in Guantanomo Bay, they (to me) are prisoners of war....they were imprisoned, during a state of war....now if some terrorist oraganization wants some of them released...my question was, do you agree we should let them free (without trial) in exchange for u..s soliders being held....or just let them sit over there in a jail cell waiting to be decapitated....

If you ask me, sure exchange them. It's not like the terrorist that are let free would attack my homeland

It's also illegal to walk the streets with a soviet issue rocket launcher hunched over your shoulder...but they still do it....i agree that there might be some innocent people being held in costidy, but the majority are guilty...
