Amnesti's super spam spree. How did he do this without getting d/c?

During a BD, amnesti just started getting on different names and spamming literal walls of "?" PM's to me to the point where I was unable to move or attach and no one could see my typing unless I typed in between spams. I'm pretty sure this should be grounds for a netban because it was almost like being hacked? I don't know exactly how he did what he did. I've linked most of what I could get from my screenshots below. There was so much I couldn't tell where to start the next screenshot. He's saying I'm making this up now and did it in paint, but I mean, I'm the same person who submitted a ?help message asking if my washing machine could be making me lag. You really think I'm savvy enough and would want to go through all this trouble of making this shit? So, yeah, netban please and thank you.

For what it's worth, renzi and nipple nibbler were talking about this in our squad chat as it was happening, and this is right in line with what he was saying in the moment. This should be a pretty open and shut case if those names come up with amnesti's IP. Also before the BD, amnesti was going super hard on renzi for some reason. To the point where I even PMed renzi asking what the fuck that guy's deal was.

If that was one one name you could ignore and that'd be the end of it.
Using different names is clearly avoiding ignore.txt so is bannable.
From past experience, bans aren't effective unless they cover at least 1 weekend of twdt.

It was like 5 or more names? Hone, Racke, amnesti., DF555 (I think), klormida is what I remember off the top of my head. Looks like I didn’t get screenshots of DF555 or Hone. Like I said, there was too much to go back and accurately get every screenshot.
