Paypal hoax?

Has anybody gotten the "Notice of Pendency of Class Action and Proposed Settlement" mail from Paypal.

I skimmed trough it and it reeks hoax.

Seems like they have stolen the Paypal userdatabase, because ive never used my account for anything. Nobody in the world knows i have an account.

doesnt ask for any passwords, credit card numbers, purchase numbers, etc etc. Whats the harm in committing a little claim fraud now an then?

i think i read something about this on cnet... paypal was sued for like 8 million and all the users get the benefits or something

BTW, I've read about 4 pages and from what I get, this guy just had a lot of his money locked and didn't like the fact that it wasn't always easy to move money around (which is hard, going to and from a bank account it takes a while because of the banks are slow at processing it). He's also going on about some way Paypal makes money which is in their terms of services, earning intrest on inputted currency to pay for their costs. It just seems all very stupid to me, Paypal isn't going to shutdown tomorrow for chirst sake Ebay owns this company and it is in their best intrest to keep a service like this up and running for tons of transactions a day on ebay.com/.ca.
