is the fact that if a police officer finds you, and something is hanging, in the reality of life, liberty and pursuit of happiness for ALL, the cop alone must challenge to take down the individual, should he consent to a Warrant challenge, (should the cop desire to capitlize on the Warrant system,.. or remain Good Heart and let them free) if you individual refuses, 50/50 fairness, and the individual must fight for his freedom, if the individual fiends for his freedom and wins, somehow, the individual is free now and has become a real native American, according to the Law of reasonable fairness and consciousness of not doing anything of a serious Crime, knowing in ones heart, past situations, and the instituting of a warrant on one's record
