Buy a CD doctor, it basically buffs off of thin, paper thin layer of the stuff the CD is made of to remove the scratch that is on the surface. now you can buy these special CD/DVD covers that will protect it from any further damage.

If you get disc read errors on all your games, try the white gear thingy.

I have those thingies!... I just dont know how to use them and I guess I threw them away, so that means I dont have those thingies which cancels out what I said before...
