It's just a fake bid. When people put up joke auctions or auctions like this, a lot of the time people just make a fake account and make a huge bid on it, just to screw up the auction.

It wasn't intended to be a joke auction. They were really selling Metal Gear. It appears however, that the auction will end because Testtube has bought out Metal Gear from Julius at an undisclosed (very high) price.

Test tells me he spent over $1500 hosting MG on SSCC, and he was willing to spend hundreds more in order to keep MG from falling into some idiot's hands.
