        Do any of your ISPs (that are in the top ranking) only serve your town and like a 3 town radius around it? Because Eastern Conn Cable serves only 1 1/2 counties. I'm just interested to see how big the "best providers" are and I'm not talking about AOL Roaderrunner and all of those known large companies.
