Was just checking on the Fox Soccer Channel, this channel looks amazing! Sad thing is, they cant show matches live in UK cos of some UEFA/FIFA ruling to keep attendences at games up, but in USA they can show games live (for example - Liverpool V Spurs). Be good if they would make this channel avaliable in UK but it would never happen..

I took the half day off (time diff = game play at 14:45) and found out that they cut off my electricty. After weeks of threatening they picked the day i actually cared. argh.

if there's a win on milan, wich obviously will not happen, ill take some pictures in istanbul from inside the stadion of the final

Anyways, on topic, what did you's think of psv? im kinda subjective since i support them. My opinion is tho, that in Lyon, Lyon was the better team. In eindhoven, yesterday, the first half was quite boring on both sides. But in the second half psv dominated for sure.
              Your opinion?

Plus, does anyone know the fixture table of the amount of cash you recieve after getting thrue group stage, 16th-, 8th-, quater-, half- and final?

I didnt see much of the PSV game as i was watching the juve v l'pool match (since an english team was involved).

I saw the extra time and penalties tho, i thought that both the teams were pretty even but that could be because they were tired. Lyon seemed to have more pace, but PSV had more invention and ideas going forward.

I couldnt beleieve i hadnt heard of a single striker for both sides tho! MVB played pretty well and was a strong leader for PSV, tackling and passing well without getting too involved in the attacks.

I personally though that Lyon should have had a penalty but it was a close decision, what do you think?

                  About the penalty,
He clearly shot the ball (too?) far away and went for the contact with the keeper. Plus he obviously added a acrobatic dive to it.

Yet, rules are rules: contact in penalty area = penalty.

Argh.. AC didn't deserve 2-0, although PSV didn't take their chances...

                    Liverpool - Chelsea predictions, anyone?

Drogba was terrible, absolutely terrible, as he was in the home leg (and against Bolton on Sat). I used to like him, but it's as if he's lost the ability to do anything good with the ball.
Kezman was shite when he came on, his first touch was abysmal.
Gudjohnsen worked hard and had a decent game, should have scored it though.
Cole was quiet, not really his fault though, L'pool defended well.
Huth, up front? Wtf was THAT all about.
Robben's lack of fitness showed, he's not his old self yet.
The 4 defenders all had good games.
Makalele had a quiet but solid game.
Tiago, also was quiet, didn't seem to do much wrong but also didn't really do much good either.
                              Lampard looked knackered.

Why oh WHy did he not bring on Forsell?

I also reckon he should have brought off Drogba instead of Cole, they were both below their best, but Drogba was far worse, and IMO Cole is more likely to bring a special out of the bag.

IMO 0 - 0 would have been a fairer result, but I suppose the stats show Liverpool had more chances.

The big question though... "Was it in?"

I can't say. I am a Chelsea fan so I would like to think no. But I will not accept either answer until (if) it is proven. I think it is most likely it was a goal.

I don't know why, but I'm not upset, just extremely frustrated and annoyed.

                                No way Jose!

If it wasnt in, then it should have been a penalty+red card.

Good thing is Chelski is out and Jose can finally shut his arrogant 'tactics' up his ass. Match was boring.
