I use 3-5-2 and so i prac playmaking. I had really slow start for training because i started it after 3 seasons heh Have done some good transfers. But now i have pretty good young players to train. Two 18 years old formidable playmakers. Both have 3 weeks of prac after skill up. Hmm i guess only good youth pull was last seasons first pick 17years old solid scoring.

i use 3-5-2 and train playmaking. i should have 4 outstanding playmakers by the end of the season

never had a decent youth pull though. my friend pulled an excellent striker with passable passing at the beginning of last season, he was 18 though

i think that i might change to 3-4-3 at the end of the season, seeing as my midfield will own everyone in my league by then

I was thinking the same. Well not after this season. I'll train those 18 years old guys until they are 21 years old. I have 2 outstanding playmakers now. Both are 20 years old. Too bad that the swedish guy is in weak form. How many stars you get? My record is 37,5* so far. But will reach 40* at the end of the season hopefully

21? doesnt training basically stop at the age of 20? mine will be 20 next season.

dunno what stars i get, my average player gets 3.5

I meant that i will train them when they are 20y and stop it when they turn 21y. Then i keep the best ones that i have now and sell the rest. I have 2 playmakers from England btw!

AC Kwaak (before known as FC Pwnage), after four seasons I finally made it from VI to V (so this is my 5th season). Too bad my team isn't too good for that league and I might drop back to VI. So now I am trying to get my way into positions 5-6.

Im using 3-5-2 and 4-4-2 with 3 inners because I am training them. I just need cash to buy at least one good defender and attacker so those wouldn't suck so much. After season I should have 1 brilliant, 3 outstanding and 2 high-formidable midfielders. Not sure what I am going to do after that, probably train about half season, sell worst inners and then change training to scoring or defending.
