And the cat kid thing isnt scary at all. Gosh this movie just sucked. When she was crawling down the stairs it was so fake.

Ju On 2. Yes that translates to The Grudge 2. It's worse if you think about it, because there's the same amount of cheap scares but the idea isn't any more original.

If I remember correctly, the scariest scene was when someone turned around and a head dropped down out of nowhere

i'm a jumpy man, and that movie made me jump. my friend stafford yelled out loud once. my girlfriend and my other friend just laughed. i was so pissed

It was so campy and predictable, the only part that made me jump was in the beginning, but that was just slightly. The "scariest" part was when she appeared in the bus window, because they didn't build up to it, so it was actually spooky.

My brother saw it, and today on the bus this guy was telling me the whole story. I guess I am pretty jumpy and I scare pretty easy, and he's a good story teller, but I screamed like 5 times. It sounds like a good movie the way he told it, but the movie could still be crap.

He thinks there will be a sequel, because they said something along the lines of how the house was burning down but they managed to save it.

Here's a movie summary and some screen caps of Ju On 2 (The Grudge 2). Btw when the american version of The Grudge was made, they left out a pretty integral scene that had to do with a woman getting raped. It is one of the scarier scenes, as it was pretty graphic.
