I don't really mind paying for a really good game but at this point i don't know whether it's a good game or not for me and if my comp can handle it. So i just want to check it out in single player before i buy the whole thing to get my ass online because these things don't come cheap.

But i was checking gamecopyworld before to see if they had a crack/hack release on their page yet but they didn't so that was the main reason for spawning this thread.

Just wondering but does anyone else here experience dizziness or motion sickness when playing this HL2?

I get it really bad because the sight view is set at 70 instead of 90 like on most fps... - i can't change it to 90 because my comp lags too much to run it in that way <_<

I can't play it for more than an hour :crying:

StarKitty- is that the same thing as Halo? Halo had a wierd viewpoint, it wasn't set to the centre of your player model.

That's really really funny. Not surprising at all.

Anyone have a good " owned " picture to go with that link?
My father in law was telling me over Thanksgiving about this amazing bartender at some bar he frequented who could shake a martini and fill it to the rim with no leftovers and he thought it was the coolest thing he'd ever seen. I then proceeded to his home bar and made four martinis in one shaker with unfamiliar glassware and a non standard shaker and did the same thing. From that moment forward I knew he had no compunction about my cock ever being in his daughter's mouth.

                              They make pills for that.

Basically, when you're staring at a TV, especally playing a FPS, you start noticing the sensation of movement. Your brain then translates that into "the screen in front of me is moving, I should be too." When the brain then checks your ear for liquid motion, it notices that everything is stable. This is because you're sitting there, not moving. Then the brain goes into some 'alert' status, and thats where you get sick.

Another thing to try.... which will make you look like an idiot, but you can move your body along with the game to re-create that movement sensation for your brain.
