I like Spike Jonze's work, especially on Weezer's "Buddy Holly" and Fatboy Slim's "Praise You" and "Weapon of Choice".
One video I thought was good was the Roots' "What They Do" where they parody rap video conventions. It was very much in tune with the song's message and an excellent piece of satire.
More recent videos I liked are OutKast's "Roses" and "Hey Ya".
