What do you have in your life that keeps you sane and helps you relax during times of stress? Be it friends, a pet, music, whatever.
For me, it's my friends. Like today, I was stressed out because of work and school (finals and projects galore) so after work I headed over to one of my friends house. I was only over there for an hour but it still did me a world of good. If you can only forget about your problems, unwind and enjoy yourself, even for an hour, it's worth it. I can't fully describe it but I'm sure most of you have had those times when you just need to get away for a bit and chill out.
And when my friends aren't available, I'd have to say music.
So, what keeps you sane?
