Try Gillette foam with menthol and cold emulsion. Put a lot of it around your balls and dick. It feeeeeeels funneeeeeeh. After 1 minute it starts hurting tho and after 2 mins it feels like you're balls were frozen so you'll have to wash it off. The best part is that the pain won't go away right after washing it. You'll be running around for 5 minutes DDDD
