That one is a little easier to follow...

I had my cousin (Extion) make an small app that prints the whole image to an array, with each pixel as an array with color palette number and pixel position. Then I made a PHP script that generated an AutoIt script that controls the mouse to paint.

The creation process starts with resizing an image to 100x75 and applying the custom palette with the colors from the site. Then run it through Extion's program, run the array in my PHP script, and then run the generated AutoIt scipt and don't touch your mouse for 1½ hours. Voila!
