On the local KTLA-5 Television station (Los Angeles) the guy on the news who does all the electronics, "Kurt the Cyberguy", lived for a week in a trailer with just the internet. He had his food shipped to him, netflix for movies, talked on messengers.

A week is nothing, there was a finnish project about a year ago where three people came to an empty house and had to buy all the furniture, food etc with the computer that they got when they moved in. Just one of the 5(?)people stayed in the house (+garden) for the entire 6 months.
