We had this discussion in game... and couldn't decide if it was a joke or not. It seems like a joke because i can't see how anyone could "believe" what is said there, but the fact that it's on microsoft's official site kills the idea of a joke.
It doesn't really matter cause it's pretty funny either way =^.^=.
