That's completely retarded. Meh. I know tons of lesbians in my school and teachers know about it and stuff they love them to death (shut up, no stupid comments). Even today, there was an issue between two chicks that just split up and they were fighting. Deans did all the necessary things and didn't do a single descriminating thing towards them. No TEACHERS in my school has done anything to them. And this is new york!

grade point average, some one wanna explain it to me?

On a normal scale:

4.0 = A
3.0 = B
2.0 = C
1.0 = D
0.0 = F

Add up all the grades from the classes, i.e. 4 + 3 + 2 + 4 +4 +3 would give you 20/6 classes = 3.33 GPA. Max would be 4.0.

On a weighted scale:
Each grade is worth 1 point more, thus 5.0 = A, 4.0 = B, etc. This is for honors or college-level classes that you take in secondary school. So in theory the max GPA would be 5.0. However if not all of your classes were weighted, you could only get 4 plus a little more, for example 4 normal classes and 2 honors, given all A's: 4+4+4+4+5+5 = 26/6 = 4.33
