I start it first:

He usually sleep relatively early, say before 12 mid night.

He is not a high income earner, say below $100k a year

He's between 18 - 40 yo

He does not do a lot of long distance traveling(those exceeds 1000 km)

He prefer watch tv to read novels.

He is a hand on person.
