The goal is to say the color of the word and not the actual word. Say these moderately fast.


Blue Red Yellow Black White Pink Red Blue Orange Brown Yellow Pink Blue White Black Blue Green Magenta

It get's confusing because while one part of the brain is reading the word, the other part is insisting to read just the color and to omit the word.

I couldnt read the words written in yellow but I could get through them. Almost got caught on the brown word that had the word brown after it.

I got up to the first Orange that was yellow in color and I couldn't read it so I just said yellow.

If you de-focus so you can't read the words, it becomes quite easy, otherwise I make no mistakes if I read it slow.
