where are the forum rules
I can't find them, no rules are stickied anywhere, the FAQ doesn't contain any Forum Rules, and if you search for "rules" you get 2390 threads as a result

Looked in announcements, and changed settings to show threads from begining rather than 2 days old. -
They were displayed in every forum until a little while ago, let me see what I can do about that...Comment
