He posted it in useless crap... and what was it: USELESS CRAP.
It was actually a tip... i used to use shift all the time, but after his great notification i now have empowered the use of caps-lock.
So it eventually wasn't even useless crap, it was more like he posted his thing in the wrong folder.... so if he should be banned for anything, it should be posting something in the wrong folder... not for spam, cus this wasn't spam really.

Imagine you're coaching a basketball team full of 10 year-olds. Everyone's having a good time, and one kid gets the bright idea to grab the ball and throw it into the bleachers.

Everyone laughs at how ridiculous the kid is. It's cute, at best, the first time. Now imagine that the kid keeps throwing the ball back into the bleachers every time you (oh yeah, you're the only person who can go get the ball) get it down. Would you start to get a little peeved the 50th time it happened? How about the 100th?

The answer is yes, yes you would.
