So I saw this link at another board, and decided to read it. I replied on that board, and am just going to c/p my reply.

I find it interesting how biased the opinions on that page are, and how much some things are distorted, simply to help prove their point.
First off, I'll be the first one to say that it's a shame to see that protest turn out that way. I honestly don't think anything will get done if people continue to let their hate and anger fuel their outlooks and actions- but then again I'm talking about both sides of this little scene here, not just the Mexicans.
I made sure to read all of the page except for the last article, "swallowing a scorpion from mexico", simply because I didn't want to swallow anymore one-sided dribble from that site. There are a couple of things said that are either outright stupidity, contradicting to the pictures posted, or twisted to make the non-mexican citizens seem like the innocent victims.
I'll get to those in a second though, simply because the main thing I disagree with this "view", or opinion, is that they fail to recognize that these angry protesters do not speak for all mexicans, and that even though they got rowdy they are in no way shape or form terrorists. Throwing the word terrorist in the title is just a ploy at fear-mongering and does nothing but spread more ignorance and hate. These protesters did nothing that would classify them as terrorists, and to lump the whole nationality (mexicans or terrorists?) is to try and put them in a negative and narrow light. Hell they only give you a choice to label them as a nationality or a group bent on destruction- and again, the acts of a few do not speak for the majority. I don't care if 500 mexicans were angry and wanted to voice their opinions, that's not even 1/15 of the mexican population and to act like all mexicans hate americans (look at the tone of the writing) is silly and unfair. Whatever, that's just the first thing that pissed me off after reading it. On to their silly points and me smashing them-
The victim is a 66 year old woman, why would you let a 66 year old women get anywhere near an angry group of protesters?I also find it funny that the first picture they show of her, has her standing in front of a sign " It's Un-American to Hire ____". She's blocking the last part but that's an ignorant, flammatory sign to begin with.
..Yet in 3 of their pictures which have the subtitles " Proud Americans", flags can be seen, being waved by white american citizens. Right.
Oh geez twisted religious reasoning for the win!
More hate-mongering and fear spreading. Who was this credible source? If so credible, why not name them? Oh that's right, because they just want to make up proof to use the word "terrorist".
The picture on the left above the subtitle " Proud Americans", has a guy holding a sign that says "This Land was Mexican once and will be American forever!". That alone destroys the whole point about how they were shocked and horrified at the monument- how can you talk about someone being racist or bigoted when you have signs like that? Hypocrisy at it's best. I just saw the other sign: "Assisnate or Vacate" - wtf? Get out of here, this site is a joke.
You know the worst thing about this dribble is that their own pictures discredited their entire theme and point of the site. In other words that site sucks.

Numerous times racist epithets were hurled away. One person even hurled a full water bottle at our side and sent one of our activists to the hospital with bleeding in the brain. Unfortunately, she is now in the intensive care unit and we are all praying and hoping for the best.
In waves they came. Soon outnumbered 500-50 in a community that is 85% Hispanic, crowd control soon became an issue. Rants, chants, and Mexican flags filled the air. They spit on, dragged, and kicked an American flag over the ground. It is imperative to note that that was the only American flag displayed by our opponents.
In countless interviews, I am asked my thoughts when our opponents accuse us of being a racist organization. I constantly wonder why reporters simply regurgitate unsubstantiated claims and in the process perform the devil's bidding
In fact, we were told that a credible source of intelligence suggested that violent attack on our group was in the making and that two hundred more demonstrators may be en route (which would have presumably overwhelmed the already taxed resources). Surrounded by hostile forces on all sides, we were evacuated by the police department to the police station one block away until the crowd dispersed.
We did not hurl racist epithets or make bigoted hate-filled comments. We did not throw objects at our opponents or resort to violence. Yet, we are racist vigilantes!
