Ok im back , it made the computer count down 30 seconds then shutdown, just like Blaster worm did a 60 second one

Its something like shutdown -s -r <message here>

yes i did add it, i used shutdown -s -t 90 -c "Windows will be automatically removed from your computer on reboot."

t 90 is for 90 second count down instead of default 30 and -c "comment" is the comment in the box
