ahhh, I love webcomics, though I'm starting to fall out of my routine checkup on them. White Ninja's my favorite out of them all. Another is Hugh and Bot which isn't advertised much. Supafine is another hilarious webcomic, it's also drawn really well. Others that I read are Little Gamers, PA, VG Cats, TH, QC, Ctrl+Alt+Del, BTC, OOTS and the story going on at www.squidi.net.

I prefer traditional comic strips. Too many web comics are either badly drawn or about gaming or "net" humour. That's not to say that some traditional strips aren't badly drawn or repetitive, but there are more gems in traditional strips that are smart, funny and, sometimes, artful. A lot of my favourite strips have almost a soul to them, but with most web comics I've seen, I don't get the same feeling.

Yeah hughandbot is good. I like Jdizzle comics too (those two guys link to each other a lot, or used to).

The artwork in QC (http://www.questionablecontent.net/) is good and I know all the webcomic people love it, and the characters are into indie rock so you'd think I'd enjoy it, but that guy can't tell a joke to save his life. He does this thing where he delivers the punchline, which usually involves some sort of joke like "emo kids are sad" then he has the characters repeat the joke as they keep expanding the joke back and forth describing more and more ridiculous scenes. Just stick with one really solid punchline, and end on a high note, don't go back and forth until it gets repetitive and annoying. That aggravates me. He repeats jokes, with just slight variations, a ridiculous amount of times too. You could call them "running gags" and like them maybe, but I don't.

I still read it occasionally because it is drawn well and occasionally funny, and I'm always looking for ways to waste time, but it's often painful to read.
