Son of a bitch!!
Ladies and gentelmen, I ask you to hear me for a moment. BACK IN THE DAY I bought a game called Master Of Orion 2. It was great and the instruction manual had lots of pictures and information on all the races and technology.
ANYWAY LATER ON I bought Fallout 2, and that fucking game rocked. It's instruction manual had pictures of all the shit in the game, like guns. This allowed me to day dream at school about SHOOTING SOME MOTHER FUCKER from 50 yards with the sniper rifle.
I also bought Homeworld, which had pictures of ships.. This allowed me to, again, daydream at school about what I am gonna do when I run into a claw-formation of 12 heavy corvettes.
THAT WAS AWESOME!
Now instuction manuals never seem to have pictures of the ships or guns or anything, and I can't look forward to finding a MOTHING FUCKING SMG in the desert of Fallout or building a BIGASS DESTROYER in Homeworld. All the new games don't come with cool instruction manuals with lots of neat info.
It's not a big deal, I mean, I'm not CRAZY or anything, but it does bother me a little... In 2 weeks Master of Orion 3 comes out and if it doesn't have info about all the different technology and shit I'm gonna pretty god damned pissed off.
