Hey, I'm thinking of getting an LCD TV for computer/tv/xbox-xbox360 use. What do you guys think of the technology, how it compares to current technologies (plasma, tv, lcd, lcos, etc.) and when (if ever) is going to be a good time to buy into it (lcd tv or otherwise)?
I'm currently thinking about this 27" LCD TV on newegg that's about 800$ USD, but it doesnt support 1080p so I'm wondering if I should hold out?
