banned for my brothers doing

Ive been banned for doing nothing.
my brother ssjquiller some of you may know him decided he would TK, sling racist remarks into the room and also evade banning by switching to the other computer.
the next thing i know 2 hours l8er i have been banned for 1 year with all 3 computer with it great stuff huh.
thanks to ssj i am now banned from a game i didnt no anything wrong in, i explained this to an smod and i know how it sounds that is the oh it was my brother story i know but most of you know me and my brother as 2 seperate ppl im asking for your help to explain to the smods that i and my brother i 2 seperate ppl and should be treated as 2 seperate ppl not as 1, he has admitted it was him and that he was the 1 in the wrong but i have to be punished for it which im not sure why.
i mean common if you looked up you would of noticed that ssjquiller had been given a warning about teaming by da farmer! in elim and guess who was also there teaming with ssjquiller i was so theres alittle proof that we are infact 2 different ppl.
now plz review my case i really do not see the point why i am banned for something i didnt do thanks.

Nothing staff can do tho, the software is stupid, it puts ban on your IP, so basically you are stuffed.
The only thing you can do is to spank your brother really hard then change you ISP.

Well, I'm not sure which of my brothers it was (I'm guessing my older one though), but the thing is neither of them play in Trench Wars, so Trench Wars can't do a thing about it. It had to be one of them though, cuz they're jealous of me cuz I get good grades =/
