ISS and Pro Evo are great, I remember playing them multiplayer with a few mates, good times.

I stopped playing Fifa wehn RTWC 98 came out.

How about you go buy / rent a copy of Pro Evo, and fall in love. It has the best gameplay of any football game i have ever played. And i can garentee that once you play it you will understand. Dont waste £30 on fifa... send it to me over paypal.. makes me cry.

Dude you haven't played Pro Evo before. If you do play it and still prefer FIFA then by all means, you can say you still prefer FIFA. But until you have played it you aren't making any sense.

I'll put it like this, if I can't play as Manchester United... it just won't be the same. But, if it plays better, then good. I think I can get it used at the gamestop.

Manchester United are total dog sh*t. Both in real life and in game. Top 5 clubs on Pro Evo are (in no particular order)
- AC Milan
- Real Madrid
- Arsenal
- Juventus

After a few months from release, some games magazines here have pre-edited memory-card saves that you can load from a supplied CD. I've never used it but I hear it works well. This includes all the correct names, clubs, kits, logos, etc.

If you're getting it for the PC then you can find a torrent somewhere which will easily patch the game to have all of the above, plus crazy minute changes done by hard-core people, right down to the correct football boots used by a particular player.

It all renders FIFA useless if you get into it :P
