I totally agree with you Roggan. When I saw it my hair just stood on end. The deputy's screams were just horrifying. The shooter shouldn't have been sentenced with death. I would've enjoyed to see him go to jail for life, with no parole. They ought to have locked him up, and only supply him with food, and clothes.

I think that death is fitting.

Edit: Also, its not an oxymoron. It's a punishment. If you kill with premeditation then you get put to death. It's the same as knowing that stealing has its consequence as well.

I have no idea what I would've done in that situation except make sure that he didn't get into that truck to get the gun in the first place, but like how would you have known that some old veteran would flip their shit like that out of nowhere?

I don't think they should've gotten the death penalty, though. Jail for life = better solution.

Yeah, but I would easily sacrifice my life if my other option was to live in a cage with no freedom for the rest of my life.(Another reason is most likely another convict would want to release some sexual tension anally......) They'd have to make changes to the food though...... Like instead of giving them the tasty shit they should give them very very bland food.
