Find one you like in the many categories and then save the picture into whatever folder you want.
make a photobucket acct, its quick and free. Then upload it onto there. All, again, very easy, don't have to be some l33t nerd to do it. But, you don't have to upload it here for this forum (and most others) in particular, cause the forum will let you upload your avatar onto it anyways.
