Anyways, it's 30 on a television, 60 on a computer monitor.
i have like 28 in windowed mode, i'll try dropping the colour depth.
also, even if I didn't have the frame meter on, that wouldn't change the fact it stutters heh.
Anyways yeah, I don't have software emulation on, when that is on I get like 5 FPS since I allocated like 5KB and disabled the onboard video hah.
