Its quite an inpracticle sword, but you surely know that.
Seriously though, how are you going to stab someone with that monstrosity?
Ok I suppose you have the cleaving/slashing option, but thats sword doesn't look very heavy, so it won't be able to get enough momentum unless you swing it really hard. Even then, I would guess its structural integrity would be compromised by the impact, so it could essentially be blocked by someone with a simple wooden staff.
Not to mention his left hand is empty. Its not even gauntletted.
