They're both based on a book though, so that's a little different. I'm looking forward to seeing this film as the Narnia books were among the first novels I've read. The books read easily, so I don't see what Twerp has to complain about. It won't be a chore.

When I have to read books in school, they always make us analyze the story. It gets boring and sucks the fun out of any book. I would probably like the book if I read it outside of class, but I'm busy reading other things.

I've seen the play in theatre. It was very cool with nice staging and good actors who could sing very well. Now I'm just waiting to see the movie.

The movie owned, I saw it on Saturday with some friends. I don't remember his name (haven't read the books since Elementary school), but the main Centaur guy kicks all kinds of ass. I'm not going to spoil anything, but the movie was very well done. It doesn't focus too much on killing or blood which I'm glad of, because the books didn't focus too much on it either (I was kind of afriad they would try to go for a LOTR 2.0 type deal). I don't know if they plan on doing a movie for each book, but even if they don't, it's a great movie on it's own.
