So what? I learnt how to make a nuclear bomb when I was like 15. Its incredibly simple and you don't need blueprints. What you need, thats hard to get, is weapons grade Uranium/Plutonium. After that, upgrading the nuke to a fusion bomb (H-bomb) is simple aswell, you just need heavy water, which can be distilled from seawater.

You make it sound like deuterium oxide/heavy water can be find right outside your house in a pond. It isn't that easy to make it. You have to use lots of time, effort and power on distillation or electrolysis to make heavy water.

You're cool, I've always wanted to rent a 15 year old to make a nuke for me.
