I think clerks was the funniest. Mainly because that's what kind of humour I have. And call me pretentious, but his later movies were "sold out" and pretty much pimped out gimmicks like Jay and Silent Bob and putting Dante Hicks in like every movie as someone random with the last name "hicks".

But overall, it has sentimental value (which is also how I evaluated the other movies). For Clerks, it was my first kiss )

I think Clerks' dialouge was really lame, but thats mainly because of the horrible actors he had to work with.
