Firefox 1.5 memory fix

Go to \Documents and Settings\(profile.name)\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\(random.#).default. Open notepad and type this in: user_pref("config.trim_on_minimize", true);

Save the file as user.js.

Next thing you need to do is open Firefox and type about:config in the browser. Look for user pref config.trim_on_minimize and make sure it says "true".

Next time you minimize Firefox for a bit, the memory usage will substantially drop and when you maximize it, Firefox will be running at normal or less memory than before.

I got mine eating 500mb sometimes, this should fix it.
