      He didn't seem like a guy who would use it to offend someone but more like someone who has heard other people use the word a lot. I don't agree with the use of the word though, but I don't see why would he have to lose his job for it. An apology is needed if anything.

          When I'm drunk I use that word to fit in.... Most people don't like it.
