Im on the warez scene (shhhh) and i have 70 gig on my 120gig allowed for it... when its full... i burn thats it... 1 CD = 0.2$ so its less expensive than 2 HD of 160 Gig lol seriously... But if you're rich... i can understand

And what you do when your HD failed ? oh shit lol
I tell you that because my friend had 1 HD of 40 Gig full of Mp3 and his HD crashed... 1 years of download scrapped

I have a 12x8x32 burner, but burning stuff to cd sux because, on average, anime is about 100 meg per episode. Putting 6 episodes on 1 cd where some sereies run 26 episodes or longer is not worth it. I want to be able to watch it whenever I feel like it, plus I like sharing it with other people (I use Direct Connect...).

Oh yeah... Plus, they are Maxtor drives... I still have a 200 meg Maxtor HD that only has about 1k in bad sectors... I don't forsee any problems with my HDs at all (I dont overclock, either).

Also, instead of the ati tv-wonder, I was thinking of getting the viewsonic external tv. It turns any monitor into a tv.

I was thinking about the viewsonic because it has av and s-video input and it would give me a much better picture when I play my ps2... But just for that, should I spend an extra $50? ati is $50 & viewsonic is $100...

I had another question too... but I forgot... Lemme think about it, cuz I'm pretty tired now.

I was thinking about a P4 But didnt do that.

I beelive i have a good set up and plan on buying it by piece by piece. Hell might even go w/ a 2100+ or 2200+ depends what the price is. First i'll start w/ the case and mobo then get the other shit eventually.

If you are a true enthusiast, simply DO NOT go with AMD. At this point in time, the P4 is on top by a substantial margin. A P4 "B" processor coupled with an i850e chipset and some PC1066 RDRAM is top notch, no and's, if's or but's about it.

Also Justin, hold off on your processor/motherboard/RAM as long as possible. I'm finally starting to see the Asus P4T533 with 32-bit RDRAM support along with some of the RIMM4200 modules hit the market. From what I gather, this board is very attractive for even the casual overclocker, which I'm sure you'll want to eventually try out with that 1.6a. Hell, if you don't want to do it, I'll do it for you.
