Because I seperated it into 4 lines so it could be printed in a nice format. Lots of people's houses have a Name instead of a Number.. therefore the line could be too long.

That dawned on me, but it was odd that it would be a field that you must enter information as a required field. The 1st Field I can see & I understand your adding the extras for longer address's but if you do not have one and its a required field?

Overall it worked nicely...was just adding a critique. Form worked well.
