    What is the best programme for making Animated or Moving .gifs? To make something simple, and that is easy to use.

      I've only used Fireworks in the past for creating interactive PNGs,

      personally I have gotten used to Animation Shop

            I use Adobe AfterImage which comes with Adobe Photoshop. You can make great animations like this:
